I'm sure if he did we'll be hearing about it any minute now. You know, first come the National Guard papers, then the "secret tapes," next the Brainiac.
Speaking of which, doesn't it make you wonder who else is using one of those? And can any of us choose to replace our own brains with an Electric Brain? And what exactly is in one of those kits? Maybe my brain has already been replaced...that would explain this comment...
