Taking on the Challengers of the “Packalope”
I can’t handle this on “The Daily Show” at 1 a.m. Seriously, I can’t stop laughing. Rob Corddry is interviewing a guy who puts antlers on his head and calls himself the “Packalope.” You know, Green Bay Packers…antelope…don’t make me say any more.
There’s apparently been some trouble with the Department of Homeland Security and the guy’s headgear, i.e. his antlers. Corddry looks in the face of some government dude and says that really, how can they ban the packalope if they’re not going to go after other troublemakers, like, say, the UNICORN.
As he says that word in the devil’s voice, Corddry leans forward and THROWS GLITTER in the government guy’s face.
What most of us wouldn’t do to THROW GLITTER in anyone's face, let alone a member of the Department of Homeland Security…
A goodnight to all. May you dream of pachydermalopacorns.

hey f! good to see you. i tried to post a comment on finnutts but it keeps jumping away from me. anyway, my comment is that you really can only hope you won't end up in adult diapers. we can only only hope for that.
Glitter. Something so harmless and childlike. That's awesome.
a: i know. so freaking awesome. it seems liberating as well. maybe we should try it. you know, just carry around some glitter till that special moment comes along.
v: LAY OFF THE DRUGS.
or whatever.
Did you see the "limited government" episode the night before? Some of these shows are so fucking good they ought to be preserved in some video candelabra in the Smithsonian. What is a video candelabra, you ask? I have no idea, but the Daily Show deserves one if any show ever did.
i actually wondered what a "video candelabra" was the moment i read it. it seems highly probable as a...thing, though.
i greatly enjoyed "evolution, schmevolution," as well as "meet the f**kers" on recent shows. on top of that, did you see the interview with kurt vonnegut? that man speaks in highly entertaining complex sarcasm.
back to my new lover, insomnia, now.
If you missed "limited government" I found a reference to it here:

Alas I missed the Vonnegut interview because of some hardware problems with my TiVo/satellite thing... though other people told me it was great.
Actually this transcript is much better.
